An hours treatment where you will have a personally tailored facial. Choose from either a basic or a Deluxe facial: The basic facial is with a cream or peel off mask and the Deluxe facial is a fabric mask impregnated with a replenishing formula.
Swedish Massage:
An hour of pure indulgence. Either full body or simply a problem area.

A deeper tissue massage to prepare the muscle pre sport and relax post sport .

A quick fix for tenseness in upper back, neck, shoulders and arms,. Perfect solution for work related stress and tension headaches. Treatment provided in the workplace and lasts only 10 minutes so can be fitted into your workday with little disruption (contact me for more details)
Fully clothed treatment, no oils used
Treat yourself and your friends to a girly night in. From just £10 per person you’ll be treated to a 15 or 20 minute treatment from either a mini facial (cleanse, tone, exfoliate and moisturise), back/neck/shoulder, head/shoulder or foot/leg massage,

Contraindications to Treatments
Some medical conditions may affect your treatment and may mean some localised areas need to be avoided during treatment. Some of these are listed below. If you are in any doubt, please consult your G.P. before starting.
Massage contraindications
  • Contagious or infectious skin conditions
  • Areas of recent scar tissue, cuts or heavy bruising
  • Recent operations, fractures or sprains
  • Varicose veins
  • Undiagnosed pain
  • Undiagnosed lumps
If you have any of the following conditions then please talk to your GP prior to having a treatment
  • Pregnancy especially in the first trimester and last trimester
  • Diabetes
  • Asthma
  • Heart conditions
  • High or Low blood pressure
  • Phlebitis or thrombosis
  • Allergies
  • Taking certain medication such as warfarin
  • Epilepsy
  • Cancer
Indian Head Massage contraindications
  • Recent head or neck injury
  • Severe bruising in treatment area
  • Epilepsy
  • Recent haemorrhage (especially, brain)
  • High or low blood pressure
  • Migraine
  • History of thrombosis or embolism
  • Diabetes
  • Dysfunction of nervous system (i.e. meningitis, inflammation of the brain)
  • Skin disorders, cuts and abrasions to treatment area
  • Scalp infections
  • Recent operations to treatment area
  • Under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Arthritis/osteoporosis in treatment area
  • Cancer
Waxing contraindications
  • Contagious or infectious skin conditions
  • Fragile skin
  • Varicose veins
  • Less than 24 hours after a a heated treatment, ie sauna, steam, hot bath, sunbed or sunburn
  • Recent scar tissue (less than 6 weeks)
  • Diabetes
  • Loss of skin sensation
